Country Club held a Board Meeting regarding company’s growth
Country Club Hospitality and Holidays Limited held a meeting on November 17, 2014. Board of Directors of the company came to few conclusions to grow the business further. The company told Bombay Stock Exchange about the outcomes, which included target growth, debt reduction, increasing margins and capital expenditure.
BODs discussed that the company is already targeting a growth of 30% on combined earnings of the Group at the end of running year. The company is basically focusing on reducing the debts by 30-35%. In order to achieve that, sales has been considered as the first option or JV of non-core assets. And other resorts can be anything available in front of the company.
After updating the associates about the completion of large part regular capital expenditure, the Board of Directors informed that more cash outflow hasn’t been planned for coming 2 years regarding the capital expenditure. BOD companions also asked the concerned parties to focus on increasing margins of the company as a whole.
