Bay of Marathi Music is expanding its regional music collection for the Marathi audience.

The web portal aims to create the largest collection of regional music from India apart from Bollywood pop, classical, ghazals, meditation and religious discourses.

Its current regional collection includes Bengali, Carnatic, Gujarati and Marathi music. is a new portal for digital Indian music where music lovers can stream and purchase licensed music from various genres.

President and CEO of, Mr.S.Khandwala pointed out that the Indian music content library is undoubtedly, the largest produced by mankind ever. He also mentioned that it is the goal of to find the music from 20 official Indian languages and involve them in’s list. It is more like a strategy to preserve the regional music, so that it can be recognized by current and future generations for years.

There are currently up to a dozen pages of Marathi music on Over 1000 tracks from devotional to popular artists are a part of it, such as Avdhoot Gupte, Ravindra Sathe, Shreya Ghoshal, Suresh Wadkar, Swapnil Bandodkar and Vasihali Samant. The Marathi content library is expanding and will soon include 100 new albums.

Modern songs from aforementioned singing stars are major attraction of current Marathi collection along with Ganesh Shlokas, Bhajans and Aarti. The devotional collection also has a lot to offer to the Marathi audience, like Golden Treasury of Sholkas, with English translation.
