Neptune Group forays into affordable housing segment with the project Swarajya
Neptune Group, one of the leading realty entities has launched a residential housing project; Swarajya at Ambivali near Kalya locality in Mumbai. The project is reasonably priced and aims at providing quality dwellings to the affordable segment of society. Neptune Group has expanded its areas of operations covering the construction of co¬mmercial, residential, retail and ente¬rt¬ai-nment structures along with integrated townships and inf¬ormation technology parks. With the launch of the project Swarajya, it has forayed into the affordable housing segment.
Nayan Bheda, chairman of Neptune Group explained about the project at the project launch and said, “The apartments for Sector IV launched with an introductory price of Rs 18 lakh onward would cater to the middle class. We have created Swarajya to give residents a sense of attachment and personal environment as they get some good space to live in.”
He further added,” Sector I and II of the project launched in March 2009 are followed by Sector IV. Sector IV has 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments with 360 sq ft, and 505 sq. ft. carpet area. The project has received good response from customers till now with most of the apartments in the previous two sectors already being sold out.”
Spread over the area of over 150 acres, the project Swarajya by Neptune Group has around 10,000 apartments which can accommodate around 50,000 people. It is based on the concept of township living which is self-sustaining with good connectivity to various reputed schools, hospitals, IT hubs, retail outlets, super markets and multiplexes. The close proximity to Ambivali railway station is the USP of the project.
“Following the success of Sector I and II, on popular demand, the area of the flats in Sector IV has been increased. There will be more sectors coming up and the entire project will be completed in five years,” said Bheda.
