Indian Real Estate Show in Dubai expected to attract NRI’s from around the world

Dubai will be the host country for the Indian Real Estate show, taking place at Crowne Plaza, Sheikh Zayed Road. Bridging the gap between developers, builders, and prospective clients, the show will take place on October 26-27.

The two day show is co-sponsored by Khaleej Times and India Bulls Home Loans, the event is expected to attract around 7,000 visitiors and more than 50 developers.

Lucrative deals and financing options, on a selection of properties across India will be offered to potential investors.

Another factor pulling visitors to the event is the current exchange rate of UAE dirham against the Indian currency.

Ranging from premium apartments to affordable housing, the exhibition will provide offers suiting every budget. The starting range will be an estimated Rs. 18,00,000.

Other exclusive deals such as instant cash discounts, no EMI till possession, etc., will also create favorable conditions for investment. Visitors will also get a chance to win IPhones during the competitions in the event.

Sunil Kumar Gupta, national business manager for credit, Indiabulls Housing Finance, made a statement that “The India Real Estate Show will help decision-making for the NRI fraternity who is looking to buy property in India. This event should help us further enhance our presence in the UAE. This year, we are looking at 45 to 50 percent growth and this event will set the pace for us.”

Shishir Kapadia, senior vice-president for finance and operations, Khaleej Times, also seems optimistic about show, strengthening ties between India and UAE, and said, “Khaleej Times has always taken the lead in new initiatives that matter to our readers and audience. Indian real estate is definitely one of those areas and with a partner like Indiabulls, the impact that we can create is huge. I am also sure that this is just the beginning of a long and fruitful partnership.”
