Mantri Developers shine at Realty Plus Conclave

In November, the 10th Realty Plus Conclave & Excellence Awards were organized at Hotel Taj, MG Road in Bangalore. The event registered approximately 200 delegates including premier developers, builders, realtors, architects, designers, entrepreneurs, and planners of the real estate sector. The 2018 edition of the Conclave was based on theme “Indian Realty: Stealing the Spotlight” and graced by Shri Ashok Kheny (former MLA – Bidar South), and Shri Dhananjay CM, Ex-Chairman, Karnataka State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation.

Under the 9th Realty Plus Excellence Awards, Mantri Developers was felicitated with the award of Best Residential Project of the Year for Mantri Lithos. Located inside Manyata Tech Park in Bangalore, the project targets people from all walks of life with 2BHK, 3BHK, and Penthouses. Industry experts stated that Lithos bagged the award due to its intricate infrastructure planning, amenities targeting residents of every age group, and strategic location choice.

Furthermore, Adarsh Narhari, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Mantri Primus Lifespaces, displayed active participation in the discussion on “Developer’s Key to Success: Survival to Flourishing”. The panel included President and Vice-President, CREDAI Bangalore along with other prominent real estate speakers as the event emphasized on the ongoing strategies employed by developers.

Mrs Snehal Mantri, Director of Marketing & HR at Mantri Developers was honored with the Woman CXO of the year award under the Individual Achievement Awards. In 2018, this is her third conferral after Woman Leader of the Year at the Future Woman Leader Summit and Awards and Excellence in Real estate and construction sector at Femina World Women Leadership Congress and Awards.

The Realty Plus conclave ended with Realty+ PropTech Summit. Moderated by Amit Wadhwani, Managing Director- Sai Estate Consultants, Mumbai, the discussion was centered on The Rise & Fall of PropTech in Real-estate. After an interesting and learning session, the key speakers agreed that PropTech is the key to real estate’s future and developers are expected to capitalize on it with a similar vision.
