Delano Farms, Blanc Vineyards, Four Star Fruit partners with NBA Star Danny Green to encourage kids to live a healthy life

Danny “Green Ranger” Green of the Los Angeles Lakers and a two-time NBA World Champion has partnered with Delano Farms, Blanc Vineyards, and a Four-Star Fruit to encourage kids to live a healthy lifestyle.

Named after Green’s Instagram handle @greenranger14 – Green Ranger grapes will be available for two weeks at select produce retailers across Southern California beginning November 1.

Branded grapes ‘Pristine’ are a proprietary variety of Green Ranger, which is considered as the best-grown variety of grapes globally.

The company has cultivated the variety carefully for over twenty years to create a crispy, large and seedless green grape.

The pristine grape has a crisp, snappy texture coupled with a taste that starts off with a vanilla streak and ends with an apple finish.

Co-owner of Blanc Vineyards, Jack Campbell, said: “We’re proud to be partnering with the Danny Green for such a good cause.” He also added, “Snacking healthy starts early and if we can get kids into good eating habits with a world champion athlete then everybody wins. Grapes are fat and cholesterol-free, have no added sugar and they taste great.”

Moreover, he also said, “I never thought I’d have my own grape brand,” said Green. “It feels really good to promote something that could make a difference in so many kids’ lives, for the rest of their lives.”

Green Ranger grapes are to be unveiled on October 19th, Saturday at the PMA Fresh Summit in Anaheim at #144 Booth and Danny Green will be present at the event.

To help aspiring basketball players across the country, Blanc Vineyards, Delano Farms, and Four-Star Fruit will be providing Green Ranger grapes to all Team Green Basketball Camps.
