The carnival will be launched in association with the Delhi Secret Supper Club (DSSC) and will begin from 7th December 2019. With the aim to create a rich and diverse food platter, the program will offer more than 70 dining options to the curious connoisseurs.
Keeping up with the festive spirit, the three-week-long carnival comes with sensory surprises and an innovative journey for the foodies. The journey has all the arrangements from refreshing breakfast to a quick get together with friends and even a perfect-little delicious spread with your partner. Food lovers will get to have some fun and get creative with their platters before tucking into the delicacies.
Being showcased in the DLF Mall of India’s gastronomical hub, you can go on to choose delicate appetizers and belly-busting feasts from some of the renowned food chains like Nando’s, The Big Chill, Social, The Irish House, United Coffee House Rewind and SodaBottleOpenerWala.
Supporting the comfort food corner, popular baker and author Shivesh Bhatia will be sharing some of his secrets of baking. This food festival will be packed with different programs, master classes for kids, workshops and will focus on the art of cooking.
A food festival should be more than just an eating extravaganza, so there will be talk session on ‘The Start-up Diaries’ where the budding entrepreneurs and young minds will come together, to create and connect!
