Bill.com announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 9,823,529 shares of its common stock to the public at a price of $22 per share. The prominent AI-enabled cloud-based software provides for small and midsize business services such as digitization, simplification, and automation of the complex back-end financial operations. 12th December 2019 is the date when the shares of the company are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ‘Bill’ ticker system, while the closings are subject to customary closing conditions and are expected to close on 16th December 2019.
