InMoment and MaritzCX have recently entered into a definitive agreement to merge into the world’s largest customer experience (CX) company.

They will together support over 2,000 leading brands spanning North America, Europe, and Asia. It will serve about 90% of the world’s automotive companies. With an aim to drive positive results for the brands with a customer experience management solution, InMoment and MaritzCX would serve a list of clients that includes over half of fortune 500 companies.

InMoment chief executive officer Andrew Joiner said it is important to have a program that can enhance the customer experience with true agility. These two amazing companies would work towards meeting rising consumer expectations.

He would lead the combined organization as CEO, and John Lewis will continue to chair the Board of Directors.

The companies also attested that there won’t be any functionality issues due to the merger, which is expected to identify actionable insights, design and create better customer experiences, but they will maintain continuity with their existent programs.
