Fostering employee growth, Jaro Education conducting two-month leadership program

Considering today’s dynamic business environment and the changing role of executives in the corporate world, Mumbai-based ed-tech company, Jaro Education has rolled out a two-month Leadership Development Program for its employees. Based on their work performances in the organisation, about 50 top performers have been shortlisted for the program.

Organised by Jaro Education and led by Prof. (CAPT.) A. Nagaraj Subbarao, the leadership program, spanning across fifteen sessions, started on December 15, 2020, and will be held till February 2, 2021.  Prof. Nagaraj is the dean of DSU University and a renowned academician in the field of business management, with a rich experience of around thirteen years as a Professor of Strategy, Organisation Behaviour and Human Resource Management. He has also held several key administrative positions within the academic sphere. In addition to this, he has also served in the Merchant Navy where he has tenured for over two decades. Carrying forward Jaro Education’s ethos of offering comprehensive growth to its employees and aligning their career with the company’s growth chart, Prof. Nagaraj will serve as the key speaker throughout the program.

The program covers all the aspects of leadership, including its practices, strategic planning, critical communication skills and trends that are shaping the future leadership attributes. It will end with an in-depth analysis of case studies and a de-brief session. Though being held in-house, the leadership program by Jaro Education is in line with the company’s vision of nurturing leaders, managers and intrapreneurs.
