Minimalist skin-care launch that will get you hyped for fall!

Achieving Minimalism has become easier when it comes to skin-care for people. The new skin-care brand, Minimalist, is turning heads since its launch and everyone needs to stock up on their products in the coming season!
Nothing is Chemical-Free”- BeMinimalist

In an era where skin-care is considered as an expensive long-term investment, especially with the over-priced brands, it has become imperative for the skin-care industry to step up their game. Innovating for bringing about affordability along with the unparalleled quality of skin-care products in India’s beauty market, Minimalist has launched a range of products that are one-of-its-kind in India.

They have a wide range of skin-care products that are expected to be a revolutionizing turn in the beauty world. One ground rule that BeMinimalist has sworn by is Transparency. Whether it is the ingredients they have used in the product or their list of vendors, everything they have breathes Transparency!

The founder of Minimalist, Mohit Yadav, says, “Beauty industry requires a revolution with respect to transparencyThere is a lot of inaccurate advice & incorrect claims being made by beauty brands and instead of waiting for an honest, clean, and hard-working skincare product range, we created one ourselves.”

Mentioned below is their product range and everything you need to know about the brand:

AHA 25% + PHA 5% + BHA 2%

Unlike physical exfoliators (scrubs, brushes, etc.) commonly used in facials, this product promotes cell turnover and clears pores without causing micro-tears or damaging the skin’s natural barrier. With PHA, this unique peeling solution gives multi-level exfoliation and hydration best suited for all skin types, even for dry skin. PHAs are advanced AHA, and with this addition, it seems very promising and different from other peeling solutions. It also has Turmeric extract that promotes skin healing (well, Turmeric & its uses are deeply rooted in India).

Niacinamide 10% + Zinc & Niacinamide 5% + HA 1%

Niacinamide, one of the two active forms of vitamin B3, is an essential nutrient for living cells. It is a well-researched molecule of importance as it builds an epidermal barrier that acts as the first line of defense against oxidative stress. Delivering even tone skin in 2 weeks, this product helps to reduce visible blemishes and clear congested pores.

They introduced two formulations of Niacinamide for solving the problem of both oily skin and dry or sensitive skin. Niacinamide is very popular and most of the formulation comes at 10% strength which is good for oil balancing but Niacinamide has many other benefits apart from oil balancing. People with dry sensitive skin who wants to reap benefits of Niacinamide can try 5% formulation with extra hydration (1% HA).

Hyaluronic Acid 2% + Vitamin B5

This Minimalist serum is a powerful anti-aging tool packed with pro-Vitamin B5 that softens your skin and evens your texture. It keeps your skin well-moisturized by preventing transepidermal water loss. Hyaluronic Acid acts as a moisture magnet, and at times of low humidity or winters, it takes moisture from the skin. Follow it up with a moisturizer/ a mist in case of dry skin or extremely dry weather.

Alpha Arbutin 2%

Alpha Arbutin prevents hyperpigmentation and unlike other skin lightening actives does not cause cell cytotoxicity. It is one of the safest skin brightening active. Excess melanin is responsible for hyperpigmentation and dark spots. Alpha arbutin are secret skin lighteners and effectively fade away dark patches, leaving a clear and radiant skin. However, it is not meant for use as a fairness treatment.

Lactic Acid 10% + Hyaluronic Acid 1%

Lactic acid is one of the mildest acids that belongs to the family of Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), naturally present in curd or sour milk. It gently exfoliates the skin by penetrating the surface to break down and absorb dead skin cells, revealing younger and healthier cells. This product inhibits the production of melanin, thereby reducing hyperpigmentation and dark spots.

Retinoid 2%

Retinoids are very well known for their ability to promote cellular growth & differentiation in our bodies, thus fighting photo-aging by exfoliating at the cellular level, resulting in a brighter and refined complexion. It also stimulates skin cell proliferation, which makes the skin firm and youthful.

Vitamin C 20% (SAP) + Ferulic Acid

Vitamin C is a proven skin-brightener and antioxidant. It boosts collagen formation and effectively targets visible signs of aging, giving your skin the much-needed glow.

Salicylic Acid 2%

Salicylic acid (BHA), an age-old remedy, works by dissolving dead skin cells and sebum from inner walls of pores, revealing fresh skin underneath. Aside from being used for the face, it can also be used for mild body acne or bumps on the back. Although it helps prevent breakouts, it is not a treatment for persistent face acne, and we recommend going for Minimalist’s 2% benzoyl peroxide serums

So, if you are prepping for transforming your skin, this is the brand for you. This will not only be good for your skin but it’s also going to be easy on the pocket as well. So, BeMinimalist with Minimalist!
