This situation has induced a fear regarding job security among the salaried employees, since they do not know when and who might lose their job, leaving their family struggling for livelihood.

On the basis of their productivity, as many as 4,05,874 employees working on the field have been promoted by the Sahara India Pariwar. In addition to this, 4,808 employees working in the office have also been benefited through a salary hike announced on 10 June 2020.
Sahara India Pariwar believes that since the entire country is facing a healthcare and economic crisis amid the Covid-19 pandemic, it is the responsibility of all business establishments, big or small, that they prioritise the livelihood of every employee working for their organisation.
Undoubtedly, this adverse situation is painful for all, yet as the guardian of our employees, it is our responsibility to not let the dependents of our employees face any difficulty. Sahara India Chief Subrata Roy Sahara is also planning to recruit the people who have recently moved back to their hometowns/villages due to the Covid-19 pandemic. These people will be deputed at various local level group business activities, depending upon their qualifications.
